- The plaintiff shot a music video for the defendant, but he hasn’t paid her for her services, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant claims the music video was a disaster and nothing was in sync.

He’s not wrong she asked him the same question 6 times but wouldn’t let him answer. She didn’t even read the texts, just went off of the one.
He said he only got to say like six words, but he had the opportunity to say a lot more than that, and I love her at the beginning it said that his defense was that the video and audio we're not sync with one another, but in the so-called six words, he never once mentioned that.
On top of that she didn't edit the video. The person editing the video is responsible for syncing the words, genius
So his logic is that he doesn't need to pay her for her work that she already did because he's going to maybe have her to more work later on and then will pay her in full? 😅 Makes no sense. Even if he still planned on doing the rest, her bills aren't waiting for that, he can still pay the part she did and pay the rest when he gets the rest done.

She should have sued for the whole $4,500. Tighten up the contract and charge more. The work you did warrants a weeks pay. Charge for on-set rate as well as ALL work you do off-set. Same as lawyers bill every single minute they talk to you. Value your time. Why? He did not appreciate you or the value of your work. He learned nothing. I am glad you got something at least.
